Fable 14 - The Cat and the Hens

A cat, learning that there were some sick chickens in a small farm disguised himself as a doctor and taking with him the tools of the
trade, called on them. Arriving at the farm, he asked the chickens how they were.
‘Fine,’ they replied, ‘as long as you get out of here.’

It is thus that sensible people are wise to the tricks of the wicked, despite all of their pretense at honesty.
