Fable 115 - The Adder and the Fox

An adder was carried along on a clump of thorn shrubs by the current of a river. A fox who was passing by,
seeing this, cried out to him:
‘The worth of a vessel is its master!’

This concerns the bad man who surrenders himself to perverse ventures.
